For you as an administrator:

If an external teacher has submitted their grading in an Excel file, you can upload marks or grades to Inspera.

Screenshot about how to import marks and grades.

In the "Options" menu under the "Import" heading, choose which one you want to import:

Grades from MS Excel
Marks from MS Excel

Here's how:

Select either "Import" > Marks from MS Excel (.xlsx) or Grades from MS Excel (.xlsx)
Click "Confirm"
Find the .xlsx file and select it. Click "Open".

Tip! To see how the file should be formatted, download marks or grades from Inspera, and you will get a sample file.

Keep in mind that:

Grades in the .xlsx file will overwrite grades entered manually
Blank cells in the .xlsx file will not overwrite grades entered manually
It is possible to upload grades using the .xlsx file multiple times
If grades are uploaded for a student/student who has not started the exam, their status will change to Submitted

NB! The CandidateID cannot be changed in the file. The CandidateID must be in the file to import a grade to the student. The value of the grades must be the same as that of the grading scale you are using.
